Tragedy struck yesterday morning when a 60-year-old man died following a moped crash on the Bloomfield Bridge in Pittsburgh. The incident, which occurred around 6:30 a.m., involved the man losing control of his moped and colliding with a barrier, which resulted in fatal injuries, as reported by CBS Pittsburgh.
Upon arriving, the first responders found the man in traumatic arrest and critically injured. After driving on the bridge towards Bigelow Boulevard, he hit the jersey barrier and was ejected into the opposite lanes. He was rushed to the hospital but later succumbed to his injuries.
