Authorities in Aliquippa are urgently searching for a man accused of a violent assault and theft in a domestic incident that occurred yesterday just before noon. The suspect, identified as 27-year-old Patrick Anderson, is alleged to have attacked a woman and stolen an Xbox belonging to her child. According to WPXI, the woman sustained visible injuries after being choked and assaulted by Anderson on Main Avenue in West Aliquippa.
Following the report of the crime, police swiftly arrived at the scene, only to find that Anderson had already made his departure, leaving the woman hurt and the child's Xbox missing. A house on Ross Street was searched to locate Anderson, but he was nowhere to be found. The charges he now faces include strangulation, simple assault, theft, and harassment. Meanwhile, the WTAE reported an active felony arrest warrant for his capture.
