Alongside thrilling features such as a zipline and rock-climbing wall, the Woodland West pool's makeover encompasses practical elements, including a public restroom, a new concession stand, an air-conditioned office for lifeguards, and a special rental space for parties, as per details from the survey announcement. While Woodland West is getting prepped for its big reveal, Aquatics enthusiasts can still make a splash at multiple locations across Arlington including the Allan Bolden Outdoor Pool and the upcoming ACTIV indoor pool designed for the 50-plus crowd, the latter is set to open its doors any day now, and that's not the end, the City boasts other aquatic centers like the Bad Königshofen Family Aquatic Center, providing plenty of options for residents to beat the Texas heat.
