The center holds a significant place in the hearts of locals, as it represents B-360's initial venture into physical locations. Scheduled for a temporary stay due to planned renovations by Harborplace's new developer, MCB Real Estate, it nonetheless embodies a stepping stone towards the nonprofit’s larger aim. "I remember not being able to come to the Pavillion without my parents and having a curfew for downtown. Now we are creating a space just for kids and I had something to do with it," B-360 Senior Instructor Daron Harrell stated, as per WMAR-2 News.
In the convergence of community and development, Harborplace's new steward, David Bramble of MCB Real Estate, extols the center, perceiving it as aligned with the intention that Harborplace is a place everyone in Baltimore will feel like it belongs to.
