
Baltimore County is reeling from a recent spate of gun violence following a fatal shooting outside Lansdowne High School. Yesterday afternoon, officers were summoned to the scene after reports of gunfire in the 3900 block of Hollins Ferry Rd. The incident, which occurred in a shopping center parking lot, left a teenage boy with multiple gunshot wounds, as reported by the Baltimore County Police Department's official news release.
The 16-year-old victim was quickly transported to a nearby hospital. However, his injuries were too severe, and he succumbed, marking a somber addition to the city's homicide count. The department is actively seeking information and has urged the public to come forward by calling 410-887-4636, demonstrating a pressing need for community assistance in apprehending those responsible for this tragic event.
