Following a road rage incident that escalated into gunfire, Broomfield Police are on the hunt for witnesses. This past Saturday, at approximately 7:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to the scene of a shooting on eastbound US-36, just shy of West Flatiron Crossing Drive. As reported by Broomfield Police Department, the police detailed how one individual sustained a neck wound from gunfire. Fortunately, the injuries were deemed minor, and a full recovery is expected.
Delving further into the violent spat, investigators found that the vehicle of the victim had been struck by three bullets during the altercation. The Department now seeks to widely circulate the description of the suspect's vehicle, a white sedan that was notably seen to recklessly drive eastbound on US-36 between McCaslin Boulevard and Interlocken Loop around the time of the incident.
