According to the official CPD release, Hall is described as a black male with brown eyes and brown hair, standing at 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing approximately 180 pounds. He can be identified by a tattoo with the name "Tremaine" on his right arm.
The Special Victims Unit of the CPD has asked anyone with information related to Robert Hall's whereabouts to come forward. The last reported sighting was on the South Side of Chicago, an area known for the occasional missing person case. Residents and passersby are urged to assist in any way possible.
