The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's office has identified 19-year-old Caurie Williams as the fourth victim who perished in a devastating car crash in Cleveland, as reported by FOX8. The tragic incident occurred yesterday morning, resulting in the death of Williams, along with three other teenagers.
In the early hours, around 12:30 a.m., the young individuals were traveling in a 2014 Hyundai Sonata on West 106th Street near Western Avenue when the driver lost control of the vehicle, according to information from the police released by cleveland.com. The car, later confirmed to be stolen, struck two trees and another vehicle, with the impact ejecting three passengers, while the driver remained inside.
Following the crash, Cleveland Police Chief Dorothy Todd spoke on the gravity of the accident. "This is an absolute tragedy to have four young people killed in this type of tragic accident," she stated during a media briefing, a moment caught by WKBN. The vehicle had been reported stolen since Feb. 27, taken from outside a Wichita Drive home. The owner had last seen it parked on the street before it went missing.
