The project, amounting a substantial investment of $53 million, is anticipated to provide 76 housing units alongside over 20,000 square feet designated for retail, office, restaurant, and entrepreneurial spaces. It strategically positions itself to aid entrepreneurs while offering Clark County residents who earn 80% or below the area median income with quality housing options. The units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, will offer rents estimated between $900 to $1800 a month, aiming to address the critical need for affordable housing in the vicinity.
