Hocevar now faces six counts of Burglary (F2), seven counts of Menacing by Stalking (F4) - three of which come with sexual specifications, seven counts of Telecommunications Harassment (F5), six counts of Unauthorized Use of Computer, Cable, or Telecommunications Property (F5), and one count of Possessing Criminal Tools (F5). An arraignment at the Cuyahoga County Justice Center will follow, with the date yet to be announced. If convicted on the menacing by stalking charge with a sexual specification, Hocevar will be mandated to register as a sex offender.

Hocevar's litany of past convictions includes one count of telecommunications harassment and one count of menacing by stalking dating back to 2008, which led to a nine-month prison term; in 2015, he saw a one-year prison sentence for three counts of telecommunications harassment and yet again in 2020, he was found guilty of two counts of menacing by stalking that fetching him a six-month prison term, "This sexual deviant used his profession to stalk and harass women," Prosecutor Michael C.
