The Jersey City branch marks the first Daily Provisions expansion outside of New York City, but it's just one among wider plans that include a freshly opened location in Brookfield Place. This Jersey-only breakfast sandwich is priced between $7 and $13.50, and the menu also features favorites like crullers, salads, soups, and sandwiches—alongside roast chicken, or salmon, with seasonal sides. In a bold move, this new venture stakes its claim in the Arts + Powerhouse Building, underscoring Daily Provisions' confidence in its unique offerings.
Meanwhile, back in the Big Apple, Broadway World informs, that Daily Provisions has unveiled its cozy Rockefeller Center establishment, situated amid the hustle and bustle of 30 Rockefeller Plaza. The location is designed for those looking for a quick bite or a leisurely catch-up, all while enjoying a prime view of ice skaters gliding by. The new Daily Provisions sites, like their counterparts, serve up a signature selection of bakery treats, breakfast options, and heartier fare like made-to-order sandwiches, salads, and mains.
The interior of the Rockefeller Center location is fitted with indoor seating for up to 19 guests, decorated with royal blue walls, bronze fixtures, white marble counters, and dark wooden accents that complement the floor-to-ceiling windows. Patrons can take advantage of ordering ahead via the Daily Provisions app for pickup and delivery, or they can opt for catering services. Amidst a spike in egg prices due to the bird flu pandemic, the store offers a "retro rate" on eggs—ranging from $3.45 to $3.99 with a one-carton-per-customer limitation. This price point is a welcome departure from the nearly $8 per dozen city average, as noted by Eater. Despite prices showing signs of dropping, over 150 complaints about price gouging have been lodged to the New York Attorney General’s Office since the start of 2025.
