According to a report from the Dallas Police Department, a 16-year-old was discovered with fatal gunshot wounds in the 4700 block of south Great Trinity Forest Way around 7:15 p.m. Responding to a disturbance call, officers arrived to find the young victim, whose name is withheld due to being a minor, had already succumbed to their injuries.
