The DC Police Department has issued an alert for a missing person, 61-year-old Mark Breland, last seen on Wednesday in the 600 block of L Street, Southeast.
According to the DC Police Department X account, Breland is a Black male, 6'3" tall, weighing 165 lbs, with a dark brown complexion, brown eyes, and salt-and-pepper hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, grey shoes, and a dark brown leather jacket.
