A Minnesota man was gravely injured after falling from a roof while working on a chimney in Morrison County. Timothy Fox, 63, of Deerwood, fell approximately 20 feet and had to be airlifted to a hospital, the Morrison County Sheriff's Office said.
The incident occurred around 3:12 pm on Saturday on Quest Road, near Harding, MN. Fox was airlifted from the scene to St. Cloud Hospital by Life Link III, indicating the seriousness of his injuries. According to the Sheriff's office, the Hillman Area Rescue Team, Life Link III, and Mayo Clinic Ambulance were also at the scene assisting in the emergency response.
Details on Fox's condition were not immediately available; however, falls from such heights can result in critical injuries, and the need for airlift transport typically suggests a serious medical situation. The Sheriff's Office has not provided further information on what may have caused Fox to slip or the status of his recovery.
