The Detroit Police Department urgently requests the public's assistance locating 13-year-old Jailah Young, who has recently gone missing after last being seen last Saturday.
According to a report by Audacy, Young was last spotted near the Detroit/Southfield border at a residence on W. Eight Mile, close to Lahser. She is described as 5'6" tall, weighing 145 lbs, with brown eyes and brown hair. However, the police did not provide any information about her clothing at the time of her disappearance.
The Detroit Police Department's Missing took to social media to spread the word and engage the community in their search as they posted, "Please help us find missing Jailah Young," urging anyone with relevant information to make contact with Detroit's 8th Precinct at (313) 596-5840 or to call 911 immediately.
