The crash took place at the 2200 block around 6:55 a.m., as reported by the City of Houston's official news site. The Houston Police Department's Vehicular Crimes Division reported that a brown Nissan Murano was traveling north when it veered off the road for unknown reasons. The vehicle crossed a ditch and hit a group of trees on the west side of the road. The accident only involved the single vehicle, and no other people were involved, according to the City of Houston.
