Parents in Folsom, please be aware that online preschool registration is now open through the Folsom Parks & Recreation department. If your child will turn three by September 30, you can now register for the Fun Factory program, which offers a play-based learning environment designed to support early childhood development, according to the City of Folsom.
The program is designed to support growth and exploration as children transition beyond the family setting. The Fun Factory program, for children approaching age 3, aims to help build confidence before starting Transitional Kindergarten.
Additionally, the department offers a Kindergarten Readiness class for three-year-olds who are adjusting to a more structured learning environment. These sessions focus on hands-on engagement and aim to develop essential skills.
