A traffic stop in Folsom on March 6 led to the discovery of stolen firearms and an arrest. Around 1 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle without license plates near White Rock Road and Oak Avenue Parkway. The driver was found to be on searchable probation, as mentioned by the Folsom Police Department.
A search of the vehicle found four stolen firearms, ammunition, tools, and camping gear, all connected to a recent burglary of a storage unit in El Dorado Hills. The driver, Robert Carlson, 43, from Ranch Cordova, has been charged with several firearm and theft-related offenses, as reported by the Folsom Police Department.
