Recovered from the scene were nearly 600 pieces of stolen mail, various stolen credit cards, and numerous fraudulent Texas Driver's Licenses featuring Hubbard's photograph. In addition to the series of offenses, officers also uncovered 78.32 grams of what they suspect to be Crystal Methamphetamine alongside 25 Alprazolam pills.

According to a social media post from Constable Mark Herman's office, "Kali Nicole Hubbard was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants and charged with charged with Tampering with Government Records." As the judicial process unfolds, Hubbard, whose bond remains unset, faces an adjudication in the 228th District Court. With an investigation still underway, officials anticipate that additional charges may be forthcoming.
