Brandon Gonzalez, a 23-year-old resident of the 11900 block of A Avenue, is at the center of an investigation that originated from a tip provided by an external agency on February 2, which pointed to his involvement in the distribution of explicit material to a minor and other related offenses.
The case started to unfold when the Hesperia Police Station’s investigators, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department, began probing allegations against Gonzalez for sending pornographic photographs to a male juvenile, the investigation quickly turned up evidence that Gonzalez had indeed been enticing the minor into sending sexually explicit images; this information led to a search warrant being executed at his home on March 5, which resulted in the discovery and seizure of further incriminating evidence. After the search, authorities confirmed that Gonzalez was arrested and booked on multiple charges: Harmful Material Sent to Seduce a Minor, Contact with a Minor with Intent for Sex, and Possession of Child Pornography.
