What ensued was no ordinary chase; the desperate driver, in efforts to evade capture, blasted through residential neighborhoods, ripping through yards and fences with reckless abandon. The pursuit spanned the northern, northwestern, and eastern parts of this typically peaceful city.
The chase eventually led out of the city limits, where the Minnesota State Patrol finally apprehended the suspect, ending the disturbance. The specifics of the arrest and the identity of the suspect have not been disclosed.
