A Houston man who faced murder charges for the November 2024 killing of his neighbor has himself been found dead in El Salvador. The suspect, Alvaro Lovos, 52, was accused in the stabbing death of 67-year-old Charlie Wilson, a crime that occurred outside a northside convenience store.
