Local authorities in Kalamazoo have made a significant drug bust, as reported by FOX 17, seizing an undisclosed amount of cocaine and a "large sum" of U.S. currency believed to be drug sale profits from a residence on Woodward Avenue.
The bust, which involved the Kalamazoo Valley Enforcement Team (KVET) and Crime Reduction Team (CRT), followed an investigation into drug sales, with a search warrant executed on Woodward Avenue, which is the location where the drugs and money were found, the 33-year-old male suspect at the heart of the operation now faces multiple felony charges, although his name has not been publicly released.
