Ascending the ranks within the Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office, Karsen Frame was recently recognized in a promotional ceremony, ushering her into the new role of Detective. After serving multiple roles since 2013, Frame's substantial contributions to law enforcement have now been cemented with this advancement.
Her tenure has spanned positions from Undercover Drug Investigator to Jail Deputy and now, to Detective. In her evolved capacity, she continues her work on a negotiator for the Special Response Team, contributes to the county's Honor Guard, and supports mental health through her involvement in the Crisis Intervention Team. Earning distinctions doesn't end there for Frame, as she also plays an essential part in the Peer Support Team and as handler for the ESD K-9, Geo. This new chapter was ushered in with a familial touch as Frame's daughters had the honor of pinning her badge during the ceremony, surrounded by family, friends, and colleagues, according to the Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office social media post.
The Sheriff’s office exudes confidence in Frame's capabilities, declaring in a social media post, "We extend a warm welcome to Detective Frame in her new position and have every confidence in her ability to achieve great success!" It's clear that her history within the department and the breadth of her expertise have not gone unnoticed.
