Lake Oswego Police are seeking information after attorney Mark Kramer's car was vandalized while he was kayaking last Saturday. Kramer, who is involved in a lawsuit over Oswego Lake's public access, returned to find his vehicle scratched from end to end. The incident is under investigation, according to KGW.

Mark Kramer's car was vandalized in a public parking lot at 11 Foothills Road, across from Millennium Plaza Park and near the contested public access point. The incident occurred between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. "It was disappointing. It reflected antagonism and hostility to outsiders ... I just wanted the lake to be shared in a safe and responsible manner for all people, not just folks around the lake and with easements. This sort of retribution was very unfortunate. We’re not about dividing but uniting people around this public resource," Kramer said, as reported by Lake Oswego Review.

Lake Oswego Police are investigating the vandalism of attorney Mark Kramer's car, which was damaged while he was kayaking last Saturday. An anonymous note found at the scene contains details about the suspect's vehicle and license plate. The police are asking the informant to come forward. Kramer, along with plaintiff Todd Prager, wants the tip to help resolve the case and promote shared access to Oswego Lake. Kramer has asked witnesses to cooperate with the investigation, stating, "This retribution is not okay," as sated by KPTV.
