The scheduled completion date is March 21, dependent on the weather's cooperation. The construction window is set between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., requiring all parked vehicles to be removed from Raldon Street. These preventative measures are being taken to allow the use of heavy equipment without hindrance. Non-compliant vehicle owners should be aware that their parked cars are subject to being towed, which will be at their own expense.
