Yesterday, at around 7:30 p.m., detectives from the Eastern District observed a hand-to-hand drug transaction in the area of Stoney Creek Drive and Ridge Drive in Pasadena. The detectives monitoring the situation identified a green Ford vehicle involved in the transaction and decided to stop it for further investigation. Upon searching the vehicle, they seized approximately 11.8 grams of suspected PCP, 6.3 grams of suspected crack cocaine packaged for distribution, one suspected Suboxone strip, and $360 in cash.

According to the Anne Arundel County Police Department, the driver of the vehicle, Nicole Lynn Link, a 54-year-old woman from Glen Burnie, was arrested and charged in connection with the drug-related offenses. Additionally, the two passengers in the vehicle were taken into custody, with one of them, Ronald William Fischer Jr., also 54 years old and from Lansdowne, found to have two open arrest warrants.

Both Link and Fischer are facing charges related to drug possession and distribution. Authorities continue investigating the incident, and detectives are working to uncover any additional details relevant to the case.
