Law enforcement responded to a local bar and grill on Kuykendahl Road on a typical evening. Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office were called to assist local law enforcement last Saturday, following reports of a man attempting to peddle cocaine among the unsuspecting patrons.
Upon arriving at the scene, deputies identified Ralph Green as the person involved in the disturbance. Green was found to be in possession of 0.73 grams of cocaine, and deputies detained him before any transactions could take place.
Constable Mark Herman's office provided an update on the incident. "Ralph Green was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. His bond was set at $1,500.00 out of the 174th District Court," declared Herman's office through a social media post. Green now awaiting processing at the Harris County Jail.
