The passenger, identified as Terrance Hardy, was reported having warrants for a trio of charges including Possession of a Controlled Substance, Money Laundering, and Fraudulent Use of ID, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
According to the official Facebook post by Harris County Constable Precinct 4, "Terrance Hardy was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants. He is awaiting bond out of the 232nd District Court." The post detailed the incident and the subsequent arrest.
