A 56-year-old man from Mercer County is finding himself at the center of legal scrutiny after being accused of indecent exposure to female delivery drivers. Richard Miller, Coolspring Township, allegedly exposed himself by undressing given his windows as women delivered packages to his home. According to police reports, this occurred in multiple instances.
State police say the incidents involved three delivery drivers who reported the events. Miller is alleged to have either been already undressed or to begin undressing in close view of his residence's windows during the delivery times. This activity led the authorities to charge Miller with indecent exposure and open lewdness, as reported by WTAE.
The charges stem from a series of complaints by the delivery drivers who felt victimized upon encountering Miller in a state of undress. These incidents were not isolated, as separate drivers were reported to have witnessed the same inappropriate behavior on different occasions. As per Audacy, Miller is said to have intentionally positioned himself within clear sight at his home's windows when packages arrived.
Police investigations into these claims continue and will presumably lead to proper judicial proceedings addressing the accusations against Miller.
