
The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking help from the community to identify suspects involved in a robbery earlier this month in Southeast Washington, D.C. According to the Metropolitan Police Department reports, the robbery occurred earlier this month at around 4:38 p.m. on the 2100 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Southeast.
The suspects made contact with the victim, forcibly took their property, and fled the scene. The nature of the stolen property has not been disclosed, but surveillance footage and photos of the suspects have been released in an effort to identify them.
Residents are advised not to confront the suspects but to contact the police at (202) 727-9099 or text tips to 50411. Those who provide information leading to an arrest and indictment may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
