The New York Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a recent burglary in Staten Island. According to a social media post from the NYPD Crimestoppers, the incident occurred in the early hours of Thursday, when an unidentified individual entered a residential building in the vicinity of Cedar Terrace & Cunard Place.
The suspect, who is still at large, was able to remove property from the building, though the specific items taken have not been disclosed by the police. Anyone with information about the burglary or the suspect's identity is urged to come forward.
The NYPD has offered a reward up to $3,500 for information leading to an arrest and has urged individuals who might know something to call NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS (8477) or to anonymously submit tips on their website.
