Ocoee Police Department has confirmed the safe return of Shirley Anderson, a 90-year-old woman with dementia, who had been missing since late Wednesday night. As reported by FOX 35 Orlando, Anderson wandered away from the Inspired Assisted Living Facility located along Tomyn Boulevard, close to the Florida Turnpike. She was last seen wearing a pink zip-up sweater, denim shorts, and black-and-white sneakers.

There was uncertainty surrounding the circumstances of her disappearance, with questions about how she left the facility or if any security footage captured her elusive departure. However, despite the initial lack of details regarding her previous tendencies to wander or potential eyewitnesses, Anderson was found near the facility on Thursday evening, in what the Ocoee police described as good condition. Nonetheless, they transferred her to a local hospital as a precautionary measure, per an article by WFTV.

ClickOrlando provided a description of Anderson before she was located. She is 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 105 pounds. She has green eyes and salt-and-pepper hair. Her attire at the time included a blue sweater and dark gray slacks.
