The Orpheum Theatre Group sets the stage for a diverse new season in Memphis, spanning timeless classics and modern hits. Slated to begin on October 7th, 2025, with "A Beautiful Noise: The Neil Diamond Musical," the season promises to deliver narratives ranging from true-life stories to reimagined Shakespeare, according to an announcement from the group. The season marks the Memphis premiere for five of the eight shows, per a statement obtained by Broadway World.

Romance enthusiasts can look forward to "The Notebook" musical adaptation, set to take the stage from October 28 to November 2, while "The Sound of Music" and "Disney's Beauty and the Beast" cater to fans of classic tales. Furthermore, "SIX," celebrating the six wives of Henry VIII, is scheduled for April 21 to 26, 2026. Current season ticket holders can renew their passes, and new ones will be available starting May 2, with a priority list presale beginning now until April 25, as reported by WREG.

Brett Batterson, President & CEO of the Orpheum Theatre Group, emphasized the balanced nature of this season's offerings. "We have timeless stories, timely stories, time traveling stories and everything in between," he stated, as per Broadway World. "The new season has something for everyone, and we look forward to welcoming audiences to the best that Broadway has to offer." The line-up also includes the four-time Tony Award-winning musical, "The Outsiders," which delves into friendship, family, and identity themes.

"Back to the Future: The Musical" marks its debut on the historic Orpheum stage from March 3 to 8. Batterson highlights that while this season may not have a blockbuster like "Hamilton," it is considered "one of the best seasons. Meanwhile, "& Juliet," a modern twist on Shakespeare’s classic, will offer fresh laughs with a narrative imagining Juliet's life if she'd lived on from November 25 to 30.

Generous sponsorship for the season comes via Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis, Memphis Area Honda Dealers, and Pinnacle Financial Partners. Those interested in securing season tickets before the general public can find more information on the Orpheum's official site. As for individual show and group tickets, those sales will be announced at a later date.
