"I am honored to have served as executive of one of the largest and most forward-thinking regions in the country," Constantine said as he reflected on his tenure since 2009. During his time in office, he focused on transportation investment, supporting vulnerable communities, and building partnerships with cities, businesses, and labor unions, as reported by the King County.
