The Prince George's County Police Department (PGPD) responded to a report of a single-vehicle collision around 2:20 a.m. last Saturday near the Kerby Hill Road overpass, with officers discovering Patrick Bernard Williams Jr. unresponsive at the scene; PGPD later confirmed his identity, DC News Now reported.
