The Philadelphia Police Department has issued a call for assistance in the search for Cashmere K. Brown, a missing 12-year-old from the city's 5th District. The juvenile was reported last seen on the 53XX block of Warren Street on Wednesday at approximately 4:30 PM. To amplify the urgency of the matter and garner public awareness, the department's appeal is circulated with the hope that locals may provide any shred of information that might lead to Cashmere's safe return.
Details released describe Cashmere as standing 4 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 95 pounds. He has a thin build, with black hair and brown eyes, according to information provided by the Philadelphia Police. Emphasizing his last known attire is a jacket by Under Armour in blue, navy blue sweatpants, and notably bright yellow New Balance sneakers, which could stand out to anyone who has seen him.
