The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for help from the community in locating Yatisa C Mosely, a 31-year-old woman missing since March 15. Mosely was last seen around midday on the 700 block of West Fisher Avenue.
According to the Philadelphia Police Department, Mosely is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing about 160 pounds with a thin build. She has dyed gold/gray hair and brown eyes.
Authorities are asking anyone with information about Mosely's whereabouts to contact the Northwest Detectives division at 215-686-3353.
