
Placer County's Procurement Services Division is hosting a workshop on April 2 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. The session will cover how to do business with local government. Attendees can participate online or in person in North Auburn, according to the County of Placer.
Placer County is offering small business owners the chance to learn about the county's purchasing process. The event will provide insights into what the county buys and offer tips for future opportunities. "This is a great opportunity for small business owners to engage with our county purchasing team and build rapport," said Jon Manning, Placer County Purchasing Manager. "We do our best to highlight tips that can be useful to companies navigating our contracting processes," as stated by the County of Placer.
The workshop will take place at the County of Placer Health and Human Services Center, 11434 B Ave., Auburn, CA 95603, in Brown conference rooms 2 and 3. A virtual session will also be available with registration. The event will include a Q&A session with the county purchasing team, providing information about the procurement process in Placer County.
