According to ABC7 Chicago, the young boy was last seen when he departed from his home on the 14800 block of Penn Road on Monday afternoon.
Described as having black hair and brown eyes, standing about 5-foot-5, and weighing nearly 155 pounds, Hernandez's current whereabouts remain a mystery, especially since his cell phone has ceased communication since departure.
