A fire occurred at a residential building in Haleiwa last week. Last Friday, at around 4:34 p.m., a 911 call reported the fire at 67-160 Iliohu Place. The Honolulu Fire Department dispatched 6 units and 22 personnel to the scene, according to the Honolulu Fire Department.
Firefighters arrived seven minutes after the call and found light black smoke coming from the back of a two-story home. They started firefighting efforts, secured a water source, and confirmed no one was inside. The fire was under control by 4:51 p.m. and fully extinguished by 5:15 p.m., as reported by the Honolulu Fire Department.
