According to a press release from the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety (RPDPS), John Reed Elementary School became the target of extensive vandalism, disrupting the sanctuary of learning with a chaotic scene.
Reportedly, the RPDPS was alerted by an audible alarm from the school at the start of the week. Upon arrival, officers found that multiple rooms had been vandalized. The dispatch center received the initial notification early in the morning, and officers were able to respond quickly to the scene.
