The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find 13-year-old Victoria Tovar, who is missing and considered at-risk due to her age and mental health concerns. She was last seen on Friday at around 1 p.m. in the 10 block of Dalby Ct. in Sacramento, as reported by the Sacramento Police Department.

Tovar is 4 feet 9 inches tall, weighs about 120 lbs, and has shoulder-length black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweater, blue jeans, and black Crocs. The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating her. 

According to the Sacramento Police Department on their Facebook page, authorities are investigating the disappearance of Victoria Tovar and are asking the public for any information that could help locate her. Anyone with information is urged to contact the police.
