Described as being 6'3" in height and weighing 165 pounds, Phoenix has curly brown hair and brown eyes and was wearing a grey shirt and olive green pants the last time they were seen. Given Phoenix's young age, the police are considering him an at-risk individual, which elevates the urgency of the search efforts.
