
The City of Seaside is preparing for a busy April with a slate of public meetings scheduled throughout the month, touching on various aspects of municipal governance and community involvement. Starting off the month with back-to-back meetings, the Library Board will convene on Tuesday, April 1, at 4:00 PM at the Seaside Library, located at 1131 Broadway, Seaside. Following on the same day is the Planning Commission, set to meet at 6:00 PM at Seaside City Hall, 989 Broadway, Seaside. Residents interested in urban planning and development can attend, with the option available for electronic participation. However, the Improvement Commission meeting that was scheduled for April 2 has been cancelled, as reported by the City of Seaside.
Additional meetings scheduled for the first week of April include the Community Center Commission on April 2, at the Bob Chisholm Community Center, and the Parks Advisory Committee on April 3, at City Hall. The Seaside Budget Committee will discuss the 2025-2026 Budget on April 9 at 3:00 PM at City Hall, an important meeting for those interested in the city’s fiscal planning. The following day, April 10, the Convention Center Commission will meet at the Seaside Convention Center at 4:00 PM, as detailed by the City of Seaside.
Mid-month meetings will feature various committees covering tourism, urban renewal, and transportation.
