Michigan State Police have arrested a second individual in connection to the murder of Dee Warner, a case that has been unfolding since her disappearance in April 2021. ClickOnDetroit reported that the suspect, not yet publicly identified by the authorities, is slated for arraignment today. Warner, at the age of 52, went missing after allegedly telling a friend she was planning to meet her husband. Her remains were discovered over three years later, in August 2024, inside a large anhydrous tank on a property owned by her husband, Dale Warner.

The tank, which was used to hold anhydrous ammonia and found with its ends sealed, belonged to Dale Warner but was located away from the residence shared with Dee. According to Gregg Hardy, Dee Warner's brother, her husband had the means to hide her body in such a place, welding it shut and disguising the tank among others on the property. As per ClickOnDetroit, Hardy expressed his long-held suspicion that Dale was involved and his belief that his sister died because she thought she could "fix this guy."

A family spokesperson has revealed further details on the second arrest. According to WTVG, Jaron Warner, Dale Warner's son, was arrested on charges of accessory to murder and tampering with evidence. The specifics of his involvement are yet to be disclosed, but the report clarifies that he is expected to be arraigned shortly and has been released on bond.

Dale Warner previously faced charges of open murder and tampering with evidence, as Dee's body had not yet been recovered at the time of his preliminary hearing. Defense attorneys suggested the possibility that there was no murder at all.
