According to the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office's post, the accident occurred near CR-210, with Squad Co. 17 and 4 working diligently to free the trapped individual. "Units are on scene of a vehicle vs semi truck with one person trapped. Squad Co. 17 and 4 in the process of extricating the patient. Updates to follow," the post stated. Two patients were transported to a local trauma center with serious injuries after being successfully extracted from the wreckage.
