Claire Childress, representing Bristol, is also among the finalists, with inspirations spanning multiple genres and focusing on personal narratives.
The Gatlinburg finalists, Kristina & Jordan, a duo formed through a recent collaboration, performed their track "We've Been Here Before." Finalists will perform at the Bluebird Cafe and receive commemorative rewards, including a Taylor guitar, hotel accommodations, travel assistance, and a membership to the Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI). The Bluebird Cafe showcase, set for March 30, offers finalists exposure to music industry professionals. Now in its seventh year, Tennessee Songwriters Week continues to provide a platform for songwriters across all genres while highlighting the state's musical legacy.
