At 20 years old, Eric E. Smith Jr. faces several charges, including possession of a firearm without a license, possession of a large capacity firearm and feeding device, possession of an untraceable firearm during the commission of a felony, and multiple motor vehicles offenses stated the police, he posted his $10,000 cash bail and was arraigned the following day in Dudley District Court.
