
A female suspect, whose tumultuous actions drew law enforcement to the 14200 block of Mueschke Road, ended up in handcuffs after an altercation with authorities. Constable Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office were summoned to the scene due to reports of a woman causing a disturbance, according to a public statement made by the Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their official Facebook page.
In the ensuing engagement, it came to light that the woman exhibited combative behavior, denying deputies her cooperation or identification before finally, after a fraught confrontation, it was discovered that she had an extant felony warrant and consequently was charged with Resisting Arrest, the deputies managed to identify her despite her noncompliance, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
